Yes, you can cancel your subscription. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
- Head over to the Account page. Click on My Account at the top of the sidebar menu of the user dashboard.
- Click on Billing. Once the Account main page is loaded, select Billing on the right of the navigation bar and then choose Payment Details.
- Cancel subscription. Under Payment Details, click Cancel Subscription in the Subscription Plan row.
- Fill in the Cancel subscription form. Tick the Cancel Subscription box, write the reason for your cancellation, and enter your password to proceed with the cancellation.
- Close the pop-up. To confirm the subscription cancellation, select the Cancel Subscription button in the pop-up. If you have questions or need assistance, select the Contact Us button instead.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the full year is completed. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
